How it works
Your mix. Milled this morning.
The same story as the homepage, told calmly, for people who like to read.
The Packet: Same bag. Every body.
Flour is the one staple every Indian kitchen buys every month, and almost nobody chooses. The packet is built to be the same in every batch, for everyone, and to survive a warehouse.
The Person: You are not average.
Taste, body, family, season, a doctor's advice. A runner, a new mother, a teenager who hates "healthy rotis": one packet cannot serve them all.
The Mix: Flour can be composed.
Wheat, millets and pulses, in proportions that suit you. Move one.
The Mill: Milled for you. Stamped with today.
Your order becomes a mill ticket overnight. In the morning we weigh each grain, mill it, pack it, and print your name and the mill date on the label.

The Table: a roti you notice
The outcome is simple. A roti that tastes of the grain it came from, a pack with your name and the mill date on it, and a blend you can change next month if your family asks for softer.
The steps, plainly
- Choose a signature blend, or compose your own in the Studio, or ask The Farmer.
- Pick a pack size and a delivery slot. Order by 9 PM for the next day.
- Overnight, your order becomes a mill ticket: kilograms per grain, your name, your slot.
- In the morning we weigh, mill and pack it, and print the label with the mill date.
- It reaches you the same day, morning or evening.
