Refunds and cancellations

Before milling

Cancel free of charge until milling starts for your slot. Your order page shows the exact time. The full amount returns to your original payment method.

After milling

Because each pack is made for you, it cannot be cancelled once milled. If it arrives damaged, is the wrong blend, or is late, report it from your order page with a photo and choose a replacement or a refund.

Taste promise

If you don't like the taste, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-mill a corrected blend or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the source through the same gateway, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your order page shows the refund status.
