Flour is the one staple every Indian kitchen buys every month, and almost nobody chooses. The packet is built to be the same in every batch, for everyone, and to survive a warehouse.
The packet
Your flour

Taste, body, family, season, a doctor's advice. A runner, a new mother, a teenager who hates "healthy rotis": one packet cannot serve them all.

Softer rotis the kids will actually eat.

Their flour
Sunday Phulka
The softest first step.
Wheat, millets and pulses, in proportions that suit you. Move one.
Add one in a tap, or open it in the Studio and make it yours.
Not sure yet? Try three.
Any three signature blends, 500 g each. Compare before you commit.
Your order becomes a mill ticket overnight. In the morning we weigh each grain, mill it, pack it, and print your name and the mill date on the label.

The Farmer asks a few friendly questions and proposes a blend with reasons. It is an AI. It can be wrong, and it is not a doctor.
Four or five friendly questions. One blend, with reasons.
The Farmer
An AI that knows grain. Not a doctor.
The Farmer: Who is eating these rotis, and how many a day, roughly?
Visitor: Four of us. Kids are fussy, I want more fibre.
The Farmer: Then softness first, fibre second. Barley and oats add fibre quietly; sharbati keeps it rolling. Try First Light, and if the kids complain, we nudge it softer.
Every number you see is arithmetic: each grain's nutrition per 100 g, multiplied by its share in your blend, scaled to two rotis of 30 g flour each.
We publish each grain's origin once the batch is verified, on Our grains. Until then, we don't say.
FSSAI licence number pending · Milled on shared equipment that also handles wheat (gluten), barley, oats and chickpea.
Order by 9 PM and we mill it the next morning. Choose a morning or evening slot.

Whole-grain flour keeps its germ and its oils. That is what makes it taste good, and why it needs a little care.
